Music can be played throughout the Midtown Madness series by enabling it from the main menu. It can be played from the Midtown Madness CD or from any music CD/ The music for the first game was composed by Paul Lackey and Jay Levorson.

Notes

• Bizarrely, when inserting the disc for the first game into a compatible computer's disc drive, Windows Media Player will detect its track names as the ones used from Save the World, Lose the Girl album by a band called Midtown. It is unknown why this happens every time it's inserted as Angel Studios, the developer of this game, never had involvement with Midtown's music as the aforementioned Midtown album came out in 2000, a year after the first Midtown Madness installment came out. All Angel Studios did was to produce its own musical score, so the actual names remain unknown.
